• Designed a first-person puzzle platformer where players reveal invisible paths by spraying paint to navigate through a dreamlike world.
• Built the core experience around a single mechanic, making discovery and movement the center of gameplay.
• Focused on vertical platform progression so players gradually understand the hidden layout.
• Used minimal visuals and fog to create uncertainty while keeping the world readable through contrast.
• Balanced time pressure with exploration by adding a five-minute limit.

• Players initially struggled to understand where to begin
→ Added starting platforms to guide the first movement naturally.
• Spray detection was inconsistent on some surfaces
→ Adjusted collision and paint alignment so the mechanic felt reliable.
• Invisible spaces created confusion during early testing
→ Tuned platform spacing to reward observation instead of random guessing.

This project showed how a single mechanic can drive both gameplay and atmosphere when used carefully.
I enjoyed shaping a minimal world where discovery itself becomes the challenge.
